We begin with a relaxed Zoom consultation to get to know each other, hear all about your plans, and see how we can best bring your vision to life. It’s a chance to ask questions, share inspiration, and start building the connection that makes for truly personal, meaningful wedding photography.

STEP 2: BOOKING PROCESS



When you’re ready to book, we’ll send you a link that includes everything you need:

  • A clear, simple contract
  • An invoice with a 25% deposit to secure your date
  • A short questionnaire to get to know you both and understand your relationship, your style, and what matters most to you

STEP 3: SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE PLANNING



We begin with a relaxed Zoom consultation to get to know each other, hear all about your plans, and see how we can best bring your vision to life. It’s a chance to ask questions, share inspiration, and start building the connection that makes for truly personal, meaningful wedding photography.

Step 4: Final Consultation One Month Before

About four weeks before your wedding, we’ll schedule a final in-depth planning call. This is where we go over your timeline, photo lists, lighting preferences, and any important details that will make your day run smoothly.


Tip: A shared timeline and group photo list is incredibly helpful for keeping everything on track and ensuring no important moments are missed.

Your Wedding Day

After the Wedding



Sneak Peek


Within 72 hours of your wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek gallery with a curated selection of highlight photos. This preview gives you a beautiful first look at your day and something special to share with your loved ones right away.



Full Album Gallery



Your full photo album will be delivered within six weeks through a beautifully designed online gallery. This platform allows you to:


View your photos in a stunning, easy-to-navigate layout

Share the gallery with family and friends

Order high-quality prints

Design and customise your own wedding album

You'll also receive a separate download link if you'd like to back up and store all your images easily on your own device.


For videography, the final films are also delivered within six weeks.
